6. Here's a newsflash for iReporter

Obama won. He made no secret about closing Gitmo when he was campaigning. So now he's following through on his campaign promise. Get used to that.

Maybe the iReporter didn't believe Obama would really do that. Heaven knows the former occupant of the White House was less than honest in his approach to governing. Might be hard to get used to having a President who doesn't lie all the time.

"I have never been this excited about politics in my life. I am so pleased that John McCain has asked Sarah Palin to be his running mate. Not only does this lock in the Hilary Clinton supporters but we now have our foot in the door of Alaska and drilling. Many people don't think that this has helped him but John McCain has made a great decision.

Obama's crew has come back with a response to the accouncment about "taking the experience issue off the table." Really? I don't think so. We are not voting for the vice president we are voting for the president. We don't need an inexperienced president.
