I saw your response and I'm going with Tennessee.

8. Mexico's oil production should be a major concern for both us and them
They have been a major supplier for the US, but that's going to change shortly

9. Mississippi is off the list.
The OP said a "NEAR-failed state." I think even Cheney would have known better than to enter that quagmire.

11. California! It has oil and the leader there shows signs of not marching in GOP lock-step
That guy in CA wants to look toward something besides an easily manipulate power grid! The remaining GOP on the Hill must have their knickers in a twist on that one!

18. Iceland because they were so stupid to believe Milton Friedman's
economic theories would actually work.

If Augusto Pinochet, Margaret Thatcher, and Ronald Reagan liked his theories, then they must be horribly wrong.

19. I realize this is supposed to be a snark post. But I actually DO want one leader deposed
and wouldn't mind one bit if Obama chose to use military force to accomplish it.

Mugabe in Zimbabwe. He is murdering his people. The country is in ruins. And he could care less.

So sad. Children dying of diarrhea. They just had to close the schools this week. People are eating cow dung -- COW DUNG!!!! -- to stay alive.

And we hear about none of it from the MSM.

I think we should save the people of Zimbabwe. They used to be "the bread basket" of Africa. And now life expectancy is down to something like 34 years old.
