53,000 today alone
Edited on Mon Jan-26-09 12:06 PM by Stinky The Clown
At this rate, how soon until we return to a subsistence lifestyle nationally? We have seen, literally, millions upon millions of jobs disappear.

Millions upon millions.

My ill will toward the bushies - nah, make that EVERY FUCKING REPUBLICAN AND EVERY FUCKING MORON who enabled these motherfuckers with their votes - is beyond the ability of language to convey adequately.

5. Yep...the tsunami of job losses and all that that dictates is on the way.
Even though Mr. Snappy has a good job that should give us 'enough' for a year and half or so, I would not be at all surprised to see it all go into the tank at anytime.

I blame all who enabled the finance sector to do this. It is and was their job to keep a crisis like we're experiencig from happening. What bothers me most about it is that there seems to be little effort to go after those involved, and probably most still are (scary), except Madoff.

8. Bush's calculations
Were just a few months off. They were planning on dumping all this crap on Obama's head. Came up just a few months short.
