Watching "Dealing Dogs" on HBO...

I tuned in a little late. Immediately, they were showing dealers with these dogs in horrible conditions being chunked into water during freezing temperatures and being in shock due to that. I started crying then. Then they show them shooting a dog multiple times in the head because it "bit" them after they were trying to shove it's head into the dirt. I just can't stop bawling. It just makes me want actual serious penalties for animal cruelty. Kill those bastards for shooting that helpless animal. The owner was charged with 500 freaking violations and only fined and his license revoked. WHAT THE HELL?

I can't imagine any of those things happening to my babies. If anyone did that to my "kids", I'd want an eye for an eye to say it nicely.
