Press secretaries only last a couple of years, at most--the lies must build up like an ulcer on the soul, even for a relatively honest person--and perhaps he doesn't want to be so closely associated with the sinking ship of the * Administration.

Think about Snow having to apply for jobs a year from now. The stink of losing will be all over his lying, whoring ass, and even Fox might snub him.
