Conyers Posts US Attorney Firing Documents (Data Dumps Don't Work Anymore)
Edited on Sat Mar-24-07 12:38 PM by CorpGovActivist
The latest data dump is still being scanned, but the first two batches appear to be up:

http://judiciary.house.gov/Printshop.aspx?Section=345

Also available:

* Response to White House Counsel's Questioning Proposal

* Inquiry to AG About the President's Alleged Decision to Improperly Shutdown an Investigation of the DOJ's Office of Responsibility of the Administration's Warrantless Domestic Surveillance Program.

* US Attorney hearing follow up letter to former White House Counsel Harriet Miers

* US Attorney hearing follow up letter to White House Counsel Fred Fielding

* US Attorney Hearing Follow-up Letter to DOJ

FYI...

Best to all,

- Dave

P.S. In the age of the high-speed scanner and high-speed Internet, data dumps don't work anymore. Welcome to the Information Age, Nixon Retreads.

8. I know, I can't wait for the latest dump
Reading it with my own eyes is better than having someone else (the press) tell me what's in it.

9. Creating 'martial law' in the US is background to this scandal
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=132&topic_id=3179041&mesg_id=3179129

along with the Reagan era approval of the executive orders that create martial law by Justices Roberts and Alito during the time REX84 etc was being railroaded thru the WH counsels office with Roberts and DOJ office with Alito, makes the Federalist Society's agenda merge with the fascist nutjob neocon's agenda within the DOD.

13. This is interesting
The House Judiciary Print Shop keeps updating the link.

Now it says, the DOCS were released on the 20th, as opposed to the 23rd. The header on the new DOCS also has changed to say: DOJ Document Set Released on CD-ROM on 3-20-2007

So, does that mean that the other DOCs were hard copies and these new DOCS are digital?

Hmmmm....

They all say Released on CD ROM. But the links to the pdfs are empty.

EDIT: Now it's 5

15. That Nuance...
... will likely raise some interesting side stories about the futility of the data dump nowadays.

Might as well give it to Congress in a usable form.

; )

- Dave

P.S. I'd wager that the majority staffs on the Judiciary Committees have hired digital forensics experts to identify any tampering with the data.

19. CD-ROM Data Searchable
I have figured out at least one distinction: it appears you can do keyword searches on the docs provided on CD-ROM.
