My local PBS station here in WI has been broadcasting digital for many months now and that is why I get 3 PBS channels instead of 1. I also hope they shut down their analog signal like so many other stations, including PBS stations, will do in order to save them thousands of dollars. I'm sorry you cannot get a signal, but if you can now I would not simply throw up my hands and give up. My NBC station is 60 miles from me and I had to put up an antenna for that just to get analog. I didn't give up and just claim the signal was too weak, but it did take some effort to receive it.
