John Adams...
Wow, I watched watched HBO's John Adams yesterday. I had intended to watch the first episode and then save the rest for later, but I enjoyed it so much that I ended up doing very little other than watching it for most of the day until it was finished.

I caught a few things that weren't exactly accurate, and sure enough Wikipedia's page on the miniseries confirmed the errors and few more, but there didn't seem to be that many. Overall I must say it is a beautiful, beautiful work. I highly recommend it for anyone thinking of seeing it. For those of you who have already seen it, what was your opinion of it?

2. Wasn't that a great series?
John Adams has gotten such a bad rap in history (as has Hamilton) because of the odious Sedition Act. However, he was one of the only Founding Fathers that did not own slaves which is more than we can say for Washington and Jefferson.

I loved that series and wish they'd do one on the rest of the Founding Fathers.
