Second Look® Review
Are you sure your taxes were done correctly? With a Second Look® review from H&R Block,
we'll review your taxes — no matter who did them — for just $29 per return.

If you didn't use H&R Block, you may not have received the maximum refund you're entitled to. Bring in your 2008, 2007 and/or 2006 return(s) for review by an H&R Block tax professional who will review them for accuracy and check to see if you claimed all eligible credits and deductions.

In the past, we found errors in 4 out of 5 of the returns people brought in for a Second Look® review.1 If your tax return is correct, or if you have H&R Block file a corrected return for you, we’ll stand behind you in case you're audited. That is part of the H&R Block Guarantee.2 It pays to have people.

With a Second Look® review you'll get:

1. An affordable, professional review of your tax return
2. Advice on what to do next if any variances are found
3. A printed advice summary in an H&R Block Advantage Report
4. H&R Block Guarantee coverage for penalties and interest repayment and audit assistance if your return is correct or H&R Block files a corrected return for you.2

Price: $29 for each review

1. I gotta say
I don't have much sympathy for these guys. Surely they can afford an accountant if they're too busy to do their taxes themselves. I don't like having tax cheats on Obama's cabinet.

2. This kind of makes me wonder if most everyone making good money
...are tax cheats, regardless of party affiliation.

4. The problem with their mistakes
Is that they are minor, but since they make an order of magnitude compared to most people their "mistakes" are more than most people make NET.

3. I can understand not knowing that getting a ride from someone is taxable.
On one level, what Daschle did was like one of my daughter's friend bumming a ride home after practice. On the other hand, I'm trying to figure out how getting picked up in a chauffeured Cadillac is worth so much that the tax on it is $100,000!We're not getting the entire story here, folks!

5. I hadn't caught that -- is it a round the clock service?

The guy he consults for was part of the old Global Crossing financial scandal in the dot com crash.

7. Its a vehicle provided for personal use in addition to work...

If the vehicle is also used for personal use in addition to employment the time it is used for personal use is a taxable fringe benefit.
