My own case is an "Oh shit, not again!" because I'd only been middle class for 2 1/2 years when the stock market wilted and though I know how to be poor, I was hoping I wouldn't have to do it again quite so soon.

We're not in a depression yet. However, if Congress sits on its corpulent ass and dicks around with tax cuts and price supports, we will be within the year.

and not being able to shake the feeling that it will get Worse before it gets better even though Thank God Obama won. The worst time in my life since I was born. I have pretty much done the right thing and worked since I was 14 (lied and said 16) and I now have nothing to show for it.
