The Departed is a brilliant film which vicerally tells you what Plame went through

Watching DiCaprio's amazing performance as an undercover cop is as visceral an illustration of Plame's sacrifice as can be imagined. Plame lied to those she loved and loved her. She put herself in danger to keep terrorists from being able to nuke us. DiCaprio's performance is both brilliant and poignant. Only Plame knows how accurate it is.

Yes, it is violent--it is Scorsese, after all, but cast is really great (I always love Nicholson)and I agree, DiCaprio is quite good in this.... Plus, some really good boomer music...
