Following weeks of Team Obama’s domination of the Sunday talk shows, top congressional leaders fresh off a contentious week are this Sunday’s headliners.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) comes to CBS’s “Face the Nation” to map out the Republican Senate strategy for President Barack Obama’s $825 billion stimulus package. And Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) offers Democratic perspective.

On NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Sens. John F. Kerry (D-Mass.) and Kay Bailey Hutchinson (R-Texas) offer their dueling opinions. And on “Fox News Sunday,” there are Sens. Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.) and Jon Kyl (R-Ariz.).

Sens. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) and John Ensign (R-Nev.) make their pitches on CNN “State of the Union.” And host John King also lands Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, a Republican, and Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, a Democrat, as well as Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Americans for Tax Reform President Grover Norquist and Forbes CEO Steve Forbes.

Additionally, former President Jimmy Carter discusses the volatile Middle East and the Obama administration’s new diplomatic steps there.
