3. Texas is scared of losing military contracts
Their economy is being bouyed up by DoD contracts, courtesy of the Bush/Cheney Death Cult.

Kay FailsDaily Hutchison is a traitor to the people of this Republic, and needs to go on welfare for a year to get humble.

5. Maybe we should call the republicans, destructionist
Edited on Sun Feb-01-09 11:32 AM by liberal N proud
They prefer to cut taxes over rebuilding the crumbling infrastructure of America. And they would rather build bombs than schools.

We need to end this obsession with world domination here and now. That would go further in preventing terrorist than anything else.

6. It's Pretty Clear
That massive military spending is what has put us in the 10 Trillion dollar hole. Our need to control the world, not only has bankrupted us, but has put us in the crosshairs of millions around the world, and not just Muslims, but folks from Poland, to Russia, to South America. Our manipulation, and massively anal need to control the world, and use our military for the purpose of advancing industry, and corporations, has created terrorism.

I heard that, and it was sickening. It appears, after Republicans digging this hole we're in, have abso-fucking-lutely nothing to offer but " keep on digging." It should be a democratic refrain, to keep repeating "All republicans want to do is keep on digging this hole they've already gotten us into."

Winner of the 'Lucky Sperm' Lottery.

I fail to understand why on earth ANYONE listens to ANYTHING Steve Forbes blathers about.

11. Speaking of meals
"Eat the rich.!"

I can't help but wonder if this will become a popular refrain. I see all of this random violence, families killing one-another, people striking out and killing fellow employees who have nothing to do with their plights, and I keep wondering if this violence will ever become more directed at the people who have put them in their bad situations. But it seems only Republicans have the killer instinct, as we can see by viewing history's string of assassinations, they all seem to be people who are moving in a more liberal direction. Rich folks can always manage to hire someone to kill someone for them, it would seem. It kind of has an effect of stopping, or really slowing down a movement.

Can you imagine, for instance, if MLK had lived, and never been shot, how much further along we'd be?
