It is a campaign ad of the german nationalist party (NPD). What they are referring to is the situation with turkish immigrants/guestworkers in Germany. The NPD is considered extreme right wing and have a long history of suggesting that
the solution to all sorts of social and economic problems would be to kick out guestworkers (along with a history of other issues like holocaust deniying). "The foreigners are taking jobs that rightfully belong to Germans" is a common phrase in this debate. I can't help it but this so puts me in mind of the ongoing debate of wether presently existing visas for indian technicians etc. should be terminated to make room for Americans.

1. Why does it never occur to people that a given country

might have more jobs than workers at any given time? Or that they might want to work in another country one day? This is so short sighted. Every country has these idiots. They simply cannot understand that it is no longer the 19th or early 20th century.

Jobs are gone? Well, kick the foreigners out. Gas prices are high? Well, relax enviromental standards. The education system is failing? Make it more expensive. Teen pregnancies? Tell them that condoms don't work.
