The gentleman who started this blog is an acquaintance of an acquaintance. I thought the name, Jack Ferm, sounded familiar even though I don't live in Nevada, so perhaps his name has been mentioned here at DU before (since this is the only site I read faithfully). From what I've read, it certainly seems he would fit in here; maybe he IS here and I just don't know it. LOL.
He has an interesting background (law degree; says he refused to take Bar because of corruption within the industry) and an interesting (to me) statement of intent for the blog. The revoluntary, rebellious vibe is what attracted me. ;)
I'm one of the clueless about the financial situation: what part of the stimulus is good, what is bad, who is right or wrong. I don't have a clear view about any of it, nor have I really found one resource which seems reliable about these matters. Maybe there simply isn't one because it's all a big clusterf*ck at this point.
Oy.
Just sharing in case this may be of interest to a few here. He seems to be an expert on foreclosures and bankruptcy law.
