How about a little patience?
Obama has been president for about 15 days.

His enemies and friends have been all over him for everything he has and hasn't done.

To paraphrase Winston Churchill, "Never have so many expected so much from one man in such a short amount of time."

Can we all just take a deep breath and give a (legally elected) president a break?

After eight years of watching an illegitimate "pretender to the throne" run roughshod over our Constitution and international law, how about we give our new president some time?

My personal opinion is that, over the next four years, we will see greatness. But who knows? Let's wait and see.

1. Bush and Cheney fucked this country over big time
Repairing the damage will not be a 9 to 5 job, and yes some issues will have to be prioritized over others.

I think he is doing a fantastic job.

2. President Obama can't undo 10 years worth of screwup in only 10 days.
Likely not in 100 days, or one year either.

This will take about 4 or 5 years at the minimum.

9. We must be patient with Obama
Our country is in a really bad place right now. The situation won't change overnight. It certainly isn't going to improve after a mere 15 days. I am trying to look at the big picture of what Obama might accomplish in 4 years as president. I don't find it helpful to scrutinize his every action. He has admitted that there will be mistakes along the way. I am making my best effort to acknowledge times when I am disappointed by his actions without losing hope for what the big picture will look like.

10. Patience!? He's passed up virtually every chance to throw his non-BobbleHead
supporters a crumb.
The red flags are up as they goddamned well should be!
