Now until 6:15 this evening. This could be the most important nomination in the Cabinet.

2. Watching. I think it looks good for Holder.
Leahy reminded them that they were not allowed to ask Holder whether he would or would not prosecute someone, in reference to *ies. That would be unethical. Holder would not have to answer that type of question. Specter now bloviating.
