1. Steele doesn't see himself as an outsider.

He's got some kind of delusion that prevents him from seeing himself as he really is.

Not sure what it would be called: narcissism or delusion of grandeur?

3. He really thinks he's part of the

business suited Pillsbury Doughboy ruling class, that he's their equal in all things. I'm sure the word "tokenism" isn't part of his vocabulary.

I'm already seeing a lot of rage in the rank and file over his election. They feel totally betrayed by not having their white male power refuge remain as it always was. They try to mask it in humor, but as in all right wing attempts at humor, that rage comes right through.

Both parties have now turned against them. Whatever are they to do?
