POLL: Palin is overwhelmingly chosen as GOP's new role model
A new poll sheds some light on which direction the Republican Party will turn in the wake of its recent electoral thumping. Rasmussen asked Republicans, "Looking to the future, should the Republican Party become more like Bush, McCain, or Palin?" It seems the student has become the teacher, or something, because 55 percent chose Palin, while McCain garnered only 24 percent support.

10. "She is a brilliant woman who was smeared"
She is a brilliant woman who was smeared by the obama loving liberal media. She also had not "campaigned " for the "Presidencty"for 2 years like the other three running ( and still Biden was the ultimate gaffe machine.) "Infact" without a "telepromter" Obama can't really seem to speak umm faster umm uhh, than a few words a min uhh. He also had some of the worst campaign gaffes but the media chose to ignore that. Next time around she'll be seasoned on the National stage and will be a force to be "reconed "with.

From the comment zone.

will exert their force over the next few years. I doubt the GOP leadership will stay the course with Phalin.

24. Good. The more she talks the scarier the GOP becomes to everyone but the wingnuts
And the wingnuts only make up 25% of the electorate. If she is a presidential candidate she will have to engage in dozens of debates and answer hundreds of questions. She won't be able to hide like she did as a VP candidate.

32. Bush, McCain or Palin is their future?
Poor Michael Steele, he is doomed before he even gets started.

If THAT is their choice among which to choose a role model, then
by 2012, the Republican Party will have become a very cosy little
organization indeed--everyone left will know everyone else.
