16. Quakes happen a lot on the East Coast. They are just weak.

Virginia has had some 6.0 quakes in the Southwestern portion of the state.

18. We're in Central NJ . . . too late for any "news" on it, it seems . . ..

However, keep in mind that Global Warming will bring increasing instances of

earthquakes, tornadoes, cyclones --- all that stuff.

First I heard of an earthquake in NJ is probably early '80s . . .

and someone around the corner from us actually felt it and had a crack in their foundation.
