Washington- WH insiders were stunned today when they learned that their latest pick for Secretary of Health and Human Services, Howard Dean has had past issues with the IRS.

Journalists have obtained tax forms Howard Dean completed in 1993. In the space marked "Do not fill- IRS only," Howard Dean wrote "OK."

The IRS does not consider this an issue, but this comes after a long series of major embarassments for the Democrat party.
