The only intelligence that failed in the 9/11 thing is the one between Shrub's ears. If Fort Meade would have sent Shrub a "critical intelligence" report that said "look, you stupid fuck, the worst terrorist group in the world is going to hit this building, this building and this building on this date at this time with this kind of weapon, and this many people are going to die unless you fucking DO something about it right the fuck now," Shrub would have had another whisky sour and laughed about the silly intelligence analysts.
