2. Why, actually?

She's as smart and savvy as our current president and damn near 15 years younger. She will be only that much better at all of this. She will likely have moved on to the Senate or the House by then, don't think she's the only Air America alumni who will end up there. She's the most likely after Franken to end up in politics. She isn't on the air to be an air personality, she's there because she loves, lives and breathes politics.

My husband likes to remind me that when I saw Barack Obama at the 2004 convention, I said, "we're looking at the first African American President." (of course, I had no idea at the time it would be so soon). So, I shall make another prediction: Rachel will be our second female President and our first openly gay one.

I'll be moving. I have enough points to move to Canada and that would be enough. Dumber than Dumbya - nope, wouldn't be prudent.

I think it will be Hillary Clinton but I'm not sure the timing will work out for her and the dynasty thing may well be a problem, but I think it's more the timing. I think it really depends on Biden and well, on how unencumbered she is by the time that issue comes up.

She's mid thirties, right? I don't think it's on her radar yet, but I think it will be in time. I think it will be a solid decade before she enters politics as a contender but I think it will happen. She's an idealist but she's also savvy - they will serve her well in any venture.
