Hi, I'm Jim the carpenter, where is my political consulting job?
Seeing Joe wertzhisname hob-knobbing with the republican elite or going on trips to Israel got me thinking, maybe the democrats should do the same thing. After all I was put out of work due in part to republican incompetence. I would like to offer my services as a working class democratic hero.

I can see it now, meeting with the democratic leadership to talk about deep matters concerning diplomacy and the direction the party will take in the coming years. The appearances on Kieth and Rachel will be sweet indeed. The paid trips to trouble spots to give a working man's view on mid-east conflicts will be exciting to say the least. Plus I can ask republicans long rambling questions and then not listen to the answer twice as good as he can.

I could even shave my head, It's a small price to pay in order to have an agent and book offers and free trips to give my uninformed opinion to anyone with a camera and microphone.

Hell, I could even be a plumber too if I have too. I have spent a lot of time under houses fixing leaks and running pipe, probably more than that other guy. Aren't my opinions worth a couple of hundred grand a year?

Of course they aren't and neither are his.

1. Two questions:
1. is your real name Jim?
2. are you really a carpenter?

If you answer no to both questions, you are qualified, since Joe the Plumber turned out to be neither Joe nor a plumber.

6. You'd have to be a Republic like Stupid the not really Plumber
Do you really want your 15 minutes of fame to be like that, with 100,000s of people pointing and laughing at your complete idiocy? I mean really. Joe the not really Plumber is an embarrassment and he doesn't even know it. Sad.
