If he can testify to Special Prosecuter then he can surely testify to Congress. He will be cited for Contempt if he refuses to appear before Conyer's Committee and the contempt citation will be enforced by the Justice Dept. I believe he understands that now..This is going to get quite interesting. I bet we hear the phrase "I don't Recall" at least fifty times..any takers?
