The end all Stimulus Tool IRS |
The fairest way to put money in the economy. You give the lower incomes a tax break and the money is infused in the economy immediately. You raise the taxes on the upper incomes and there is money with only one fight to get it. Once congress has it , it will get spent.

4. They have the USE of some of the money. |
They don't own it. Our monetary supply is owned by the private Federal Reserve bankers.

I was thinking if taxes were changed to help the poor and get the wealthier people to pay more, that would be a way to get money into the economy . It would be one time fight to get the tax code changed. Then all the stimulus programs could be funded from the increased tax revenue. Citizens would have more control because congress gets elected every two years.

2. the Bush administration got RID of the IRS employees with experience |
in going after the wealthy in this country. They did THAT to get the IRS off the backs of the monied elite. Until this is addressed OPENLY and CORRECTED by the new administration the only people who will be chased by the IRS are the little guys.
