If they continue to blockade needed bills, simply refuse to consider anything introduced by a Republican in the Senate. Dump every introduced matter in committee. Remove every single amendment put in a bill by a GOP Senator. If they filibuster and won't vote for Cloture, simply do not allow them to participate, materially, in any matter that comes before the Senate. Simply lock them out of doing anything at all.

Then, point out in their home states that their GOP senators are obstructionists and that they aren't getting anything done for their home state because of their obstructionism.

I'm sick of this crap. We have a strong majority in the Senate. Let's use it. Then, in 2010, let's work our asses off to have a 66-member majority and simply ignore all GOP lawmakers. Screw 'em.
