It's probably some individual domain owner with a lousy sense of humor. The name of the domain owner is hidden behind a privacy WHOIS service. Since most of the sites that share the same IP as the RNC have public WHOIS info (all stating RNC ownership) it goes to reason this domain belongs to an outside person, pointing their domain to the RNC's DNS server.

Just the same. Wouldn't it be fun to ask the RNC if they do indeed own that domain? :)

...my family lives in IL. My sister kept me informed of Obama before he ever became a senator. She was amazed that he was such a popular candidate for senator despite the fact he was black and had a foreign-sounding name so close to you-know-whose...
