The alternative to capping the execs' salaries is to go out of business (get no bail out). They are free to choose the more enticing option. Besides, if the big whigs leave, fine, let someone who never got the chance (maybe from a not so ivy league school) step up to the plate. I'm sure they'd do a much better job than the current spoiled rotten execs.

None of those institutions have helped me in anyway.
I think all the upper management should be fired for their failure to control their own worst selves and getting greedy and careless.
I also fault the SEC, they too should be fired en masse.
