8. No there is not. There isn't even anything that could get out

of committee, let alone to the floor. I support, flawed as it is, though it has far less than I WANT, the Supplemental passed this week. I understand that politics- and make no mistake, this is all governed by our political structure- is indeed the art of the possible.
