And now it should be a chief talking point for every Democrat who gets in front of a camera. The GOP tries to excuse all of their failures by saying no one could have predicted them. Nice try except for the fact they were all predicted and warnings were given.

"No one could have predicted 9/11" except that some people did.
"No one could have predicted the levees failing" except that some people did.
"No one could have predicted there were no WMD, that Iraq would be a big fat failure, that the economy would tank, etc, etc, etc" except that some people did.
