The Pentagon's budget is ridiculously oversized
We spend so much money on new weapons systems and wars abroad while our infrastructure at home decays/ It's disgusting.

5. The Strategic Missile Defense program is a complete waste of money
Edited on Wed Feb-04-09 08:11 PM by Optical.Catalyst
President Obama should immediately move to cancel the Strategic Missile Defense program, halt production of the F-22 stealth fighter, and cancel the Reliable Replacement Warhead (nuclear).

These new weapon systems have no mission in this world.

9. And its mission overblown.
If our security is the issue, a much smaller, domestic self defense force and a larger air presence would be the answer.
