Republicans, moderates and the media don't get it: The old thinking doesn't work.

This is an economic disaster they need to be working on averting, and it's a disaster the old thinking--about balanced budgets, tax cuts, spending cuts--caused it.

The Republicans don't need to be cajoled and coaxed and humored into going along. They need to be dragged along.

The people have been fooled into thinking that just because they got the president they wanted, they're going to get everything else they want to. They've forgotten that there are still Republicans, moderates and media to fuck it all up.
