1. They may need more than 2. Kennedy is probably not here. Lieberman and Ben Nelson are uncertain.
That makes it 57,56,or 55 votes for the package. So, it would be better with 5.

5. I think they might be able to get R-Olympia Snowe.
She seems to be in favor of the package, so that would leave four more who might set aside party politics and be Americans first and save their country.
