Rove has no time to obey congressional subpoenas, but he's got plenty of time to write snippy little "editorials" for his right wing pals/newspaper magnates..

Cheney's been very visible these days, and quite happy to crank up the fear-machine again, and the press is slavering all over him, hanging on every toxic little word/sneer.

The media had NO time or interest in dissecting legislative edicts handed down from high, during the *²'s reign, but NOW, they are quite "interested" in every comma, every "if", "and" or "but"...and EVERYTHING seems to be "pork", "unneccessary", "too expensive", or "partisan"..
