Junkie booked as closing speaker at CPAC 2009
Today, CPAC sent out a “Special Announcement” to supporters reading: “I am pleased to announce that RUSH LIMBAUGH will be the closing speaker at CPAC 2009!” Other invited speakers to the conservative conference, taking place in Washington, D.C. Feb. 26-28, include Lousiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin. (Sen. John McCain has reportedly not been invited.) ... this year will be Limbaugh's first appearance at CPAC. He was invited because "he is an important voice in the conservative movement, and he is someone whom the attendees have requested in the past."

Is there any chance that "CPAC" is really a ploy to get them all in a line-up together?

4. That reminds me, were Dingbat and the Palin family's clothes all accounted for?
I was just wondering, because we're going to hear from her all about the horrid media and the shameless bloggers, so I thought it would be a great time to ask about whether she returned the clothes worth 3 years of average household income?

6. Hey, last weekend
she was here in DC, desperately trying to pal around with the guy who used to pal around with terrorists.

Obama made one sly joke about her - it was quite the insult, rubbing her nose in it, but very slick, very well done - and then ignored her, even as she tried to make her way to him. There were reports that they met and talked, but it never happened.

Notice she doesn't look quite as spiffy without the pro makeup and hair people?

These people are such throwbacks, Darwin would be appalled.
