The thought of the Fairness Doctrine has RATpublicons running scared

Just listened to the mindless fool Ron Owens on KGO radio debating the Fairness Doctrine on KGO Radio.

Funny – not 1 of the callers to the station supported re-instituting the Fairness Doctrine. I was on hold for 30 minutes and they just hung up on me – Yet another example of why we need the Fairness doctrine.

Actually – 85% of Americans believing Saddam Hussein had complicity with the 911 Hi-Jackers is a really good example of why we need the Fairness Doctrine.

The lead up to the Iraq War and the Bush Administrations claim of Weapons of Mass Destruction is another fine example of why we need the Fairness Doctrine.

Or most apropos to Ron Owens’s show – The Owners of KGO Radio – The Disney Corporation forbids any discussion of Evolution by the commentators or the News Dept.

1. Obama should mention the Fairness Doctrine just in passing...
It will blow their little minds.

2. Didn't the fairness doctrine only apply to Broadcast Networks?
This would effect Rush but not Hannity or O'Really or any Cable TV outlets..It probably would not effect Sirius radio either. If you pay money for the broadcast then they should be able to broadcast whatever you are willing to pay for..
