Is there any society that rescues Atheists from oppressive countries?

That is, works to get Academics and Atheists out of their country (Saudi Arabia, Iran, etc) and to a safe place when they are accused of the crime of blasphemy?

Maybe broaden it to include non-religious secularists like myself, even though I don't identify as atheist. I don't really feel at home in this country, and haven't for a long time.
