He has played political football with the budget every year since taking office. This year the bill has come due and Aaaarnold is 100% at fault

He was governor when I was applying for student aid and if it hadn't been for the LIBERAL policies in place at that time, I couldn't have afforded to go.

Is for the stimulus package. And a lot of Ca problems started with Enron and the energy blackouts. We were the worlds 5th largest economy before Bush took over. Now we're 7th. Not that Arnold did a lot of good for Ca either. And having to sacrafice 2 days a month off and not get paid is better than losing your job.
