I remember way way back in December they were talking a 350 billion stimulus
We had to settle for just under 800 billion. I think we scored. Yes Republicans got more tax cuts and more military spending but over all we got a hell of a lot of money that will be going into our economy ASAP. We should be celebrating. Well I may be speaking to soon because the votes haven't yet been cast but the word is out a deal has been reached..I'm happy.. A lot of what was taken out can be addressed when Obama submits his first Budget..We are on the road to better times..

2. Next year's budget
This is going to have to fund whatever we need until next year. Hope you don't need food stamps or assistance with your health care after you lose a job, maybe because you're a teacher who got cut because there was no local money and the feds didn't come through with your assistance money either.
