Any stimulus money coming my way IS a bailout....

3. The text needs to be hyper-linked since a lot of the provisions

are to fund existing programs. For example, laying sod on the National Mall was never called out as such.

4. I'll do the best I can , I just want to know and try to figure out

what all the reps are talking about since they point to certain issues as being pork and other issues not realeted to actual job production. The talk radio is not much help either.
