I say Collins and Snowe but I think there is one more. And I can't figure out who than one more would be.

Any ideas?

3. Yes could be
I post on a local board where one of the repukes claims to be an aide to Spector. I have been watching for him the last few days, thinking he will say something that indicates what his boss will do.

I know. It's the internet and anyone can claim to be anyone. But this guy has been there for a couple years and has a fair amount of credibility. And his absence during our debate on the Stimulus is rather revealing.

4. I wish Snowe and Collins would just switch parties.
In Maine "they would be welcomed as liberators."

8. Would it be better to have Dems in these states OR
to have 3 Republicans we can easily get on our side and make things look less partisan? I've been wondering about this. Would it be better if the vote were 61-39 with all 61 votes for it coming from Dems or 61-39 with 58 Dems and 3 Reps voting for it?

9. I think it was like 4 ... so what's the point?
We had 50 (52?) for the original plan, why gut it just to gain 4 freakin' token GOP votes?

Obama better veto this POS, is all I'm sayin'.

11. What?!
Do you really think he will veto it? I don't.

What are they taking out that is bad? I have been looking for details but haven't seen any yet.
