OK, so A-Rod and 103 other ball players did steroids in 2003

Shameful. However, I am angrier that their privacy was violated. And the media is eating it up and condemning him (but not the others since apparently, the rest of the list isn't under scrutiny).

Is anything private any more? Suppose we found out one of these sports reporters was not the gender they were born as, do we have the right to harangue them? Or that they may have had 10 abortions? Or that they had 5 testicles? What right do they have to criticize when the records released and reported on by Sports Illustrated were supposed to be private.

I hope A-Rod destroys them in a law suit. This does not bode well for the rest of us.
