cracks are starting to appear, Chris Wallace actually interviewed Ms. Eubanks who was the lead prosecutor in the Tobacco Case, she wowed him and us too, she is a dedicated lawyer
and what happened to her case should not have happened to any prosecutor. The DOJ actually
wrote her closing argument and made her say it and reduced the amount that they were seeking
in damages.
