1. Well it means we might be fucked here in AZ
Considering we were expecting $1 Billion to help us offset a $1.6 Billion shortfall. I guess we can just tell our schools to try to educate our kids with a lot less.

2. I think they cut it all
The figure I saw was $25 million and it was described as a 100% cut in stabilization funds.
