Message From A Black Man
Anybody remember the song? Me neither. But, I should cause I lived it from the early '70's.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDeasoVNgoI

It's kinda crazy that in late 70's, this would still be a song.

We've made progress...an unbelievable amount of progress. I have to smile.

2. It's from an album by The Temptations
:eyes: Click on the link.

I haven't listened to them in ages, but I still like their sound.

6. Addendum: the late 70's were a whole generation-plus ago....
Most people alive today were not born when JFK was shot. Or RFK or MLK. The late 70's were recent to that era...

And things HAVE changed. Yes, they have. :-)

Ye gods, how the time does go by. By cracky, or some such aged drivel.

11. Your lake sound like a better view than my patchy back yard--although it does sport a fine crop...
... of arugula among the grass. Very good in soup or salad once you pick the grass out.

See you on your back porch! :hi:
