About the FOCA bill: are they allowing abortions up to 9 months & our tax dollars will be paying for anyone all over the world to get an abortion (thru the United Nations). Please give me facts (links) to back this up - I'm under fire from my in-laws & parents. Thanks!

For the past 2 weeks my MIL calls and goes on and on about how evil Obama is (and how we should be ashamed for promoting & voting for him) - b/c of this FOCA bill! When I search on the web, all I find is either pro-life propaganda, or pro-choice propaganda (for lack of a better word). I tried the gov't sites, but couldn't find anything about this bill - but what I DID find on DU was links to Catholic publications citing that FOCA died in Congress and the postcard campaign is accompanied by lies thru e-mail & rumor. This is what my MIL is being fed, so it's nice to have facts (especially from Catholic groups) that contains truth.
