Stimulus tax cuts~Question?

I for one do not think more of the same tax cuts that partially got us into this mess are appropriate,

Are they still gearing them only towards people making under 250,000?

One would hope so. Although I think it should be under 100,000 and the rest should go towards infrastructure jobs programs and aid to the states.

What do you think?
