The Republicans are really screwed now
Edited on Mon Feb-09-09 12:24 PM by NNN0LHI
They are going up against a President who actually gets it. And the stupid Rethugs went right off the cliff with idiot boy Rush Limbaugh to try and prevent Obama and the Dems from doing what it is going to take to get the economy back on track.

They slit their own throats. And Obama let them do it until today.

He is on my TV right now saying exactly what needs to be said.

I bet more than 3 Rethug Senators vote with the Dems on the jobs bill.

1. Especially with that poll saying 67% support Obama on the stimulus
Republicans are screwed no matter how they vote. And they have been obstructing it from the start -- and people see that.

2. This is so great. Obama is showing them that he can take a punch and
throw one back. Morning Joe was citing an AP piece this morning about Obama showing the GOP a clenched fist. Duh. And all of America goes: :applause: :woohoo: :bounce:

6. Looks like America is already on board.
It's just those assholes in the Senate that need convincing.
