1. It's a 10% change from the House version.
A lot of that will be re-admitted in conference committee, where the filibuster threat isn't available. We'll have to see the final bill that is sent to Obama's desk to make final judgments.

And, this is just the beginning. Much more legislation will be coming to correct this economy.
